3. Email me those reference pics ASAP (minimum 10, but feel free to send more!)

4. I'll email you with an estimated completion date and might ask for a quick chat to make sure we're on the same page. Wigs usually take about 28 working days to make after you confirm everything. This is subject to change during busy periods.

Any extras you ask for later will cost extra, too.

Shipping is free in the UK and shipping to the US will be calculated at checkout.

All shipping is tracked and signed for.

I will do my best to give you the wig of your dreams however I am not a photocopier and a certain amount of artistic freedom will get you the best result.

Lighting will also affect the colour so please allow some minor differences due to light.

As all units are hand coloured they will fade with washes, just like your real hair. For the longest lasting result please follow aftercare instructions and wash as little as possible.

As all my wigs are hand coloured and not factory coloured there may be some wig cap staining. This will not affect the use and I will do my best to keep it to a minimum.
