Pre-Orders close after 24 hours and once they do you can expect your wig to be dispatched within 6 weeks.

This wig is a tonal blonde, as each wig is hand crafted the colour you receive may differ slightly from the pictures.

‍Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Before purchasing a wig, please be sure to properly measure your head as detailed on the ‘Wig Sizing’ page. Colouring On The Spectrum is not responsible for any improperly fitted pieces. All wigs are non-refundable and sales are FINAL.

All wigs are handmade to order so please allow 6 weeks for creation before it is shipped.

Ordering is simple

3. Email me those reference pics ASAP (minimum 10, but feel free to send more!)

4. I'll email you with an estimated completion date and might ask for a quick chat to make sure we're on the same page. Wigs usually take about 28 working days to make after you confirm everything. This is subject to change during busy periods.

Payment and Shipping

You gotta pay for the whole wig upfront when you order.

Any extras you ask for later will cost extra, too.

Shipping is free in the UK and shipping to the US will be calculated at checkout.

All shipping is tracked and signed for.

Disclaimer

I will do my best to give you the wig of your dreams however I am not a photocopier and a certain amount of artistic freedom will get you the best result.

Lighting will also affect the colour so please allow some minor differences due to light.

As all units are hand coloured they will fade with washes, just like your real hair. For the longest lasting result please follow aftercare instructions and wash as little as possible.

As all my wigs are hand coloured and not factory coloured there may be some wig cap staining. This will not affect the use and I will do my best to keep it to a minimum.
